Congratulations! We looked at this a while back, and we are still planning on moving to Village Green, but won't have financing (i.e. the money) until May or June. We liked yours and one other the best (we wanted 3 bedrooms, but the cost of the co-op was so much higher!), but obviously couldn't offer on either until we had financing. I hope everything works out with your new home in C.B.
