Finally the yard

Here is the front of our place and the back, it is nice to have a little bit of privacy on the side. It has a great location with the trees, there is usually shade in the summer and sun in the winter. It is great.

Here are a few pics of 2614 we are selling it for 32,500.00. I haven't taken any pics of the smaller bedrooms because every time I think about it the boys are sleeping. You can at least get a general idea. I will tell you the perks about this place. For one thing you can park right out your back door and you are guaranteed two spots. Also it is on the end and near the woods so you have a little bit of a yard. The Kitchen floor has been updated and just got a brand new stove. The living room hard wood has been refinished with new trim. There is over head lighting in each room and there is that wonderful 1/2 bath on the main floor. This has been a great home for us. It does need a little work, the carpet in the basement and stairs have seen better days but at 32,500, You can put a little work into it and still come out under the other asking prices. Here is the storage in the basement under the stairs, luckily the door closes and no one has to see it.

Here is the third room in the basement as you walk in you see the shelves and the washer and dryer. to the left is the hot water heater and furnace, there is a little room for storage but not much.


Here is the upstairs bath room, I took a picture of the tub so you can see what shape it is in.


Here is the big bedroom, we have a ton of furniture in it so you arn't going to see much of the floor, it is hard wood, we also have rugs down, but it is in good shape.

Here is the living room, we refinished the hardwood floors a couple of years ago and just laid down a remnant of carpet.


The Kitchen is right off the living room and the main floor has a 1/2 bath in between the living room and kitchen. There is waynes coating half way up the wall and a chair rail. We also put a new floor in a couple of years ago. The dishwasher is plumbed in and there is a new faucet. Also Village Green is putting in a new oven. (Yea!)

The basement is sectioned into three rooms, here is the second room, I use it to do hair in, but could be used as storage, or whatever.

Here is the main room in the basement. It needs new carpet as we have been a little rough on it. There is a little storage under the stairs in this room, we left it open for kids toys. There is also storage under the stairs that has a door to contain it.
