Here are a few pics of 2614 we are selling it for 32,500.00. I haven't taken any pics of the smaller bedrooms because every time I think about it the boys are sleeping. You can at least get a general idea. I will tell you the perks about this place. For one thing you can park right out your back door and you are guaranteed two spots. Also it is on the end and near the woods so you have a little bit of a yard. The Kitchen floor has been updated and just got a brand new stove. The living room hard wood has been refinished with new trim. There is over head lighting in each room and there is that wonderful 1/2 bath on the main floor. This has been a great home for us. It does need a little work, the carpet in the basement and stairs have seen better days but at 32,500, You can put a little work into it and still come out under the other asking prices.
